Order & Delivery

We are able to ship worldwide. However, the webshop allows only orders within the EU. If your delivery address is outside the EU and you would like to place an order, please e-mail us your contact details (including; delivery address, invoice address and phone number) at webshop@anneclairepetit.nl and the products you would like to order.

Transport costs will be calculated according to your delivery address. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

For the EU the shipping costs are calculated automatically and are charged for every order. For EU order we ship with transporter DPD. Anne-Claire Petit B.V. charges the following:

Anne-Claire Petit B.V. takes the greatest care when receiving orders and shipping the ordered articles.  We send the accepted orders as soon as possible according to the order of arrival.

Orders will be delivered within three to nine working days after payment has been received. The stated delivery times are not binding, but are an indication of the estimated delivery period. Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement. Anne-Claire Petit B.V. is not liable for any damage caused by exceeded delivery periods.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will be informed about the delivery. We will send you the tracking number of our transporter, which allows you to trace the parcel.

Incorrect delivery addresses or delivery addresses lacking information are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional costs.

After the third time of your order being failed to deliver by our transporter the order will be sent directly back to us. If you wish the order to be resent, additional shipping costs will apply.
